Shipping Policy: At this time, Dogzy Collars ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier”.  There is no additional cost for First Class Ship in the US.  Shipping cost have been included in the price of the collar. Please allow 2 weeks of production and 5-7 business days of shipping.  Please feel free to contact us for the status of your order at anytime.  Currently we do not offer international shipping.  Please email us if you are interested and we can quote you on a case by case basis.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do no offer refunds.

Return Exchange Policy: We work hard on making sure that your order suits your Dogzy's personality and physical appearance.  To initiate an exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website or email Items must be in new and in unused condition.   Items must be free of any sign of wear or damage.  Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Exchanging for a different model: If it is a standard size found on the order form, we will offer a one time exchange for like or different model or lesser or equal value. If there is a difference in price, you will receive a store credit or be charge for the difference in price.   If it is a custom size, there is a 15% restocking fee for exchanging to a different model.  

Exchanging for a different size: If your original collar is considered a standard size found on the website order form, we will offer a one time resize for another standard size.  Depending on the change in price, you will receive a store credit or be charged for the difference in price.   If your original collar was a custom size, we cannot offer a resize or exchange. If you choose to order a custom size, please make sure to measure correctly.  If you are not sure how to do so, please contact our customer service or email us for a link to a how-to video.

Exchange period: We accept exchanges 14 calendar days from the ship date of the product. Shipping cost for exchanges  Customer is responsible for shipping cost when sending product to Dogzy Collars.  Dogzy Collars will assume the cost of shipping to send back to the customer.
